I’ve been seeing ripped jeans everywhere around campus this year, and I thought they were so cute, but I could never find a good pair. So, I took matters into my own hands, and bought some plain black jeans at DI and added the rips on my own. To do this yourself, first mark where on your jeans you want the rips to go. Then, using a seam ripper or scissors, cut along the horizontal lines. Once that is done, take a pair of tweezers and pull out the threads running vertical in between where you made your cuts. And that’s it! Now your stylish new ripped jeans are ready to go.
